How to change a name on a ticket

Can not you attend a concert? Has anyone in your group been sick? Did you sell your tickets? Here's how to change your name on the ticket.

Paid orders can not be canceled according to our GTC. If you or someone in your group can not attend the concert for which you have purchased your tickets, you can change the name on the ticket (once for each ticket free of charge).

1. You can change the name of the ticket yourself

If you have created an account at listocheck.sk (or listocheck.cz) and you have in the section "My Tickets" an overview of your purchased tickets, simply change the name in this section on each desired ticket. Sign in to your account at listocheck.sk (or listocheck.cz) and in the My Tickets section, click on "change name" for each ticket you wish to change your name. One such change to the ticket is free of charge. If you wish to change your name again, the action will be charged € 10 (250 CZK).

2. If you have not created your account, please write to support@listocheck.sk or support@listocheck.cz

We will change your name on the ticket for you - let us know on your support@listocheck.sk or support@listocheck.cz our order number and both current and new ticket holder names. For security reasons, you need to request a name change from the email address used when ordering tickets.

3. What about FanTikets? Need to print new tickets?

FanTikets with changed name will not be mailed again. To enter the event, print the PDF tickets from the email, or just show the QR code from the ticket on the screen of your mobile phone
