eTiket or FanTiket?

This is the most serious question we are troubling you about. If you do not really care for the ticket itself, you will be surely satisfied with eTiket to print at home (or at work, anywhere) in the standard A4 format. Do you have a retail store?

At this point, you can download and print your ticket at home (eTiket) or we can print it for you and send it to your delivery address by post service (FanTiket). More information.

The event is soon and your FanTikets still haven't arrived?

Whatever happens, it will arrive once. Do not worry, you can find a PDF version of your ticket attached to the payment confirmation email.

What shipping options do you offer?

We deliver FanTikets using Slovak Post service as a recommended letter for delivery addresses in Slovakia, Czechia and Austria. We also send FanTikets to all other countries within European Union, but as a standard 1st class letter.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders can be paid for by traditional bank transfer (account number: SK3411000000002944037774, use your order number as a variable symbol), by instant bank transfer (with most Slovak banks) via Besteron or by debit/credit cards VISA , MasterCard and Maestro via the GoPay gateway.

I am not from Slovakia, how can I pay for my order?

International payment can be paid by credit/debit cards VISA, MasterCard and Maestro and by SEPA international bank transfer. If you choose SEPA payment, make a payment order to account number (IBAN) SK3411000000002944037774, swift / bic code: TATRSKBX. Please state the number of your order in the recipient's information.

Can I return the ticket if the event is canceled or changed?

If the event is canceled, the ticket can be returned within 30 calendar days of the original scheduled date of the event. Contact us at support@listocheck.sk. Please note that eligible changes to the program are reserved. In the event of cancellation, transfer of the event or changes to the program we not responsible for the ticket holder's expenses associated with these changes (accommodation, travel expenses, etc.). We will inform you of any changes in the "Changes and Cancellations" section and by e-mail in the form of newsletters or emails for all customers who have purchased tickets for the event in question. If the event is transferred to another date, the validity of all tickets issued for the translated event will automatically be transferred to the new date without the need for any action on the part of the customer or ticket holder. The costumer has the right to return his ticket/s for the transferred event within 30 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the replacement date of the event at listocheck.sk, if this event does not take place earlier. The right to return a ticket for a translated event to the customer will expire one calendar day before the event's replacement date, if this event takes place earlier than 30 calendar days from the date of the notice of the substitute date.

Can I cancel a paid order?

Canceling an paid order is not possible. Cancellation of the order must be allowed by the organizer of the event due to the cancellation or change of the date of the event. Tickets are not subject to Act No. 102/2014 Z.z. on the protection of the consumer in the sale of goods or the provision of services on the basis of a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the premises of the seller and on the amendment of certain laws.

I did not receive a confirmation email from you, what should I do?

First try to check the Spam folder where our emails could fall accidentally. If you do not find our emails, contact us via our contact form or at support@listocheck.sk.

Why do I have to enter the name and surname of the ticket holder?

Checking the name of the ticket holder may or may not be another security step when entering the event itself. It is necessary to provide a real name to avoid any inconveniences. If you are buying a ticket as a gift for another person, please enter thier name.

Who is Lístocheck's owner?

Lístocheck's owner and operator is Lístocheck s.r.o., Košická 52/A, 821 08 Bratislava, Company ID: 50 738 496, VAT ID: SK2120452048. Lístocheck s.r.o. deals only with the operation of the website www.listocheck.sk and the production activities inevitable for checking-in at the event.
